Where does A&M Squishies ship from?
We pack and ship orders from Maryland.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Will my order include tracking?
Yes. Every shipment includes tracking, and you'll receive tracking information after your order ships.
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.
Returns & Order Problems
Can I return something?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the problem so we can review it.
What happens if my package is lost?
Contact us with your order number. We'll review the tracking information and start a carrier investigation when needed.
Products & Shopping
Why can colors or designs vary?
Some squishies come in assorted colors. The color is selected at random. You choose the product, but not the color you receive.
For certain products, if you have a color preference, contact our support team with your order number as soon as possible. If the color is available and your order hasn’t been packed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We can’t guarantee a specific color.
How do I filter squishies?
The Squishy Type filter lets you browse by squishy style, such as Sugar Squishy, Gooey Gummy, and Super Solid Squish. The Shape filter lets you browse by design, such as Food, Creature, Cube, or Number.
How do bundle discounts work?
During our 67 Launch Celebration, every squishy is $6.70. Buy 2 squishies and save an extra 10%, or buy 3 or more and save an extra 15%. Bundle savings apply automatically.
Requests & Support
Can I request a product?
Yes. Use our Request a Squishy form to tell us what you'd like to see. A request doesn't guarantee that we'll add the product.
